Touch Screen and Display

• Surface scratches are allowed, but the touch screen is fully functional and readability is not impaired

• The touch screen does not move when pressed or is visibly lifting out of its casing

• The display is free from cracks or fractures

Casing

• Scuffs and imperfections are allowed but no cracks

• Etching and customized engravings are allowed but are subject to a 25% reduction in value

Buttons

• No missing or alternative parts (as this may impact the functionality/safety/security of the device)

• Scratches on buttons are allowed

• Evidence of touch screen glass lifting

• Display has white spots or missing pixels

• Display discoloration (including screen burn, halo affect and pink screens)

 

Casing

• Cracked or missing casing

• Non-functional buttons

 

Customer data and locks

• Activation lock (iCloud, FMiP, Google Account, DEP or Knox) present

• Screen locked, pin locked, passcode, etc.

• Unable to erase data from device

 

Camera

• Camera is non-functional

 

Cosmetic

 

Display

• Any extent of screen bleeding

• Any extent of streaks or lines across the display

• LCD fractures

 

Casing

• Swollen battery

• Missing casing

 

Buttons

• Missing buttons: power, volume, home button

• 3rd party parts present (as this may impact the functionality/safety/security of the device)

 

Camera

• Camera lens missing, cracked or damaged
